We accept all major HSA/FSA plans. To use your HSA/FSA you can either signup on the booking page and use it as the card-on-file or present it during your initial appointment.

We are not in-network with any insurance provider nor do we submit for out-of-network claims, therefore we cannot submit medical claims on your behalf nor assist you with claim resolution. Upon request we will provide a super bill that you can submit for reimbursement directly from your insurance provider, but we cannot guarantee any or all of our diagnosis and/or treatment codes are covered under your plan.
