Rates & Insurance
Rates
You can find the most up-to-date rates directly on the booking page here. For any other questions about rates please feel free to email clinic(at)tendervinehealth.com. If you would like a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) before beginning treatment, one will be provided upon request.
HSA/FSA
We accept all major HSA/FSA plans. To use your HSA/FSA you can either signup on the booking page and use it as the card-on-file or present it during your initial appointment.
Insurance
We are not in-network with any insurance provider nor do we submit for out-of-network claims, therefore we cannot submit medical claims on your behalf nor assist you with claim resolution. Upon request we will provide a super bill that you can submit for reimbursement directly from your insurance provider, but we cannot guarantee any or all of our diagnosis and/or treatment codes are covered under your plan. If you are looking for a provider who works with insurance, here is a list of local providers who bill insurance directly.
Cancellation Policy
We require 48 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Your appointment time is set aside specifically to support your care, and when an appointment is missed or cancelled late, it limits our ability to offer that time to another patient who may also need support. Patients who provide less than 48 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged the full appointment fee.
